Here at Body Works Chiropractic, we address flexibility from a neurological perspective. We achieve this by dealing with the muscle’s nervous tension to reach an optimal active range of motion. The goal is not to make a person more “flexible” or “elastic,” but rather enable you to move more functionally by re-establishing a more ideal resting muscle tone.

How it works

We focus on isolation of individual muscles within a muscle group, which breaks up the “glue” and unwraps the strangle hold that one’s own body has on their posture and valuable energy. This restores free movement and balance back to the body. With proper stretching, you slow down the aging process and even grow younger by improving posture, circulation and easy pain free full range of motion
